Add all the ingredients to the jar while you envision happiness throughout your home.
When you are ready, seal the jar with a yellow candle and then place it out underneath a full moon to super charge it.
Bring the jar inside and place the jar in a prominent spot in the home.

Hi. Does it have to be an actual rune stone or can you draw one on paper?
I paint one on a rock with a sharpie But either method would work. Paper, rock – whatever calls to you.
