This recipe is not my own but turned out really tasty. I used egg replacer instead of egg. Was happy to make something my vegan friend could also have; I’m vegetarian but not so experienced with vegan baking. He liked them so, yay!
These turned out soft and yummy, maybe bake a tad more if you want a crispy exterior.
Ooo… I have at least 2 kiddos (if 13 & 20 counts as kiddos) that like the pumpkin anything really Thank you for sharing, I bet they would enjoy these on a Sunday morning when everyone is home!

If I make them, I’ll let you know how they turn out. I do have to substitute gluten-free flour for me and a sugar alternative for my husband.
They look amazing and I’m sure they taste just as good as they look- that was so thoughtful of you to tweak the recipe so your friend could enjoy them too!
