I am sorry I cannot help with any recommendations for places you can meet with other Witches in California. The majority of us are Solitary Witches. As I live in Lancashire, England what I have found helps me enormously is our Thursday Group Tea Ritual hosted by @BryWisteria as we use our collective energies to connect as one. It is a lovely ritual each week and a time to stop, reflect and be still for a little while - slow living.
Also Fun Friday hosted by @Feathertip which brings some lightness and fun at the end of a busy working week sets me up for a good weekend.

Here are two sites that may help…
Mandragora Magika and Modern Witch Movement. Many Unitarian Universalist churches are covens, I find them very structured like Catholics, but to each their own. You may be looking for that approach. These are a few different areas that you may be able to connect with.

@leilani1 i’ve actually gone to my local UUCD church but unfortunately theres no one in my age range that attends. i havent gone in 9 months, though, so that is a good idea to try again. ill also check out those websites, thank you!
