They are beautiful!
It sounds like your furry and feathered friends are the biggest fans of your plants! I know it must be tough on the plants, but on the other hand, I’m sure they look really cute snuggled up in the leaves!

Yes that is true but my poor plant babies. I can’t help feeling responsible for their deaths even when i keep promising to nurture them when i buy them from my local garden shop
Thank you.
One of our dogs killed my cilantro so I totally relate lol they didn’t do it on purpose, but I’m sure they stepped on it and broke it off at the root.
My newest YouTube video is a garden vlog if y’all wanna see it!
I spent time planting my seedlings and did a bit of garden magick and learned something new about bananas!
My sunflowers are popping out just in time for Litha!
I will send pics later my internet is to slow right now.
Yes i am sure they don’t mean any harm just pets being pets. Thanks i will be sure to check it out. So great to see fellow witches sharing their knowledge for us less green-thumbed witches to give us more encouragement to give it another go
I know what you mean, my cats like to eat my plants too! I planted “Catnip” in the yard and I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t growing, then one day I saw my cat eating it!
Thank you so much for sharing your garden! I am looking forward to watching your garden grow!
I can’t wait to see the pictures of your Sunflowers They are such happy flowers and they always make me smile
We have had the wettest June I can ever remember, and I’ve spent most of my life here in Colorado. This is great because we have been so dry for the last 10 years, but my sunflowers are not blooming yet! They are not even very tall, they need more sunshine! And on top of that, we have had hail a few times!
My poor sunflowers are not looking too good! But, my roses (upper left) are really enjoying the rain, and are finally blooming after not blooming at all last summer! Of course, they are looking a little rough after the pea-sized hail!
Hooray for happy roses!
You have so much beautiful and lush greenery in your garden, Marsha- I’m sure the plants are celebrating from the rain (and hopefully there’s won’t be any more hail!).
Hang in there, sunflowers- you can do this!
Hooray!
haha yes, pets being pets - now if only they would just be pets outside of my garden
I hope my video encouraged you to keep trying!
It’s so much fun to share what I’m growing and enjoying! I hope you liked the video!
We have had rain and hail also. Thank the Gods it was only pea size hail. I think it’s because it’s an El Nino year.
I planted my sunflowers to close together so they are all different sizes. My tallest one is about 6 feet tall. Live and learn, right?
My rose had seven blooms this year, and number 7 opened today!
I’m so thankful that it was not damaged by the hail.
Here’s a picture of my tallest sunflower. It has a few holes in the leaves from the hail, but otherwise, it looks good!
A lucky day for a lucky rose! She is gorgeous
And your sunflower looks great too- big and strong!
Oh my, what a beautiful rose!
I’m glad everything seems to have survived the hail - how lucky!
Your rose is beautiful! I’m glad the hail didn’t do much damage.
This is what happens when you plant sunflowers too close together. I’m letting some go to seed for the birds, but I’m going to pick a few to go on my Litha altar.
It looks like you could get lost in all those sunflowers a perfect way to spend the day, in my opinion
Those sunflowers will look beautiful on your altar @Ostara I’m looking forward to seeing more pictures!
I so agree @MeganB I just love sunflowers
I’m looking forward to when my sunflowers bloom
maybe in July…
Thank you Marsha. I’m off from work so my Litha weekend has officially started!
Yay for the weekend! May you have a Blessed Lithia!
