There are no perfect answers here, it seems. I’m so sorry. You can certainly show your bruise to his doctor on Monday, and relay this episode. It may be something related to the medication as well as the illness. ![]()
My draw today is from the new Art deck.
Man: will, male gender, masculinity, significant man, the left side of the brain
House: family, stability, shelter, protection, domestic matters
Ring: dedication, promise, circle of life, responsibility, union
A general Narrative format seems to be best here.
I think the direction I’m currently on aligns with my deepest values. I have an ingrained sense of responsibility of taking care of one’s own (Ring), and creating both beauty and tranquility in the place I reside (House). My husband is clearly represented by the Man card here, and I value having a partner who shares these values and does his part.
Reflection: this is one of those questions that comes close to suggesting that I might need to consider an alternate direction if my current one isn’t aligning with my values. I have zero issues in this regard: my direction is clear (even if life events cloud things periodically).
This draw made the read easy, too.
Deck: Kurtherian. Images are AI and the theme is based on the Kurhterian Saga by Anderle
Bouquet, Scythe, Bear. Format Mod/Subj/Mod
Kindness and grace + Decisive cuts + Strength and self protection
I can celebrate that I’ve cut away what doesn’t serve me and done it with strength and grace.
This is affirmative and ‘feel good’. We’ve had some ups and downs in May but overall it is pretty good. I feel like the Scythe is a bit strong - but we did have to correct a few things. Clover would have been appropriate in this spread because we had more than a bit of luck on several issues.
Our neighbors generally had a tough time. We have four (our four closest) neighbors with medical emergencies - one dire. I wish this spread could apply to them.
Super Saturday Sorcerers,
Lenormand today - Where did I make head-way this month? 29 Woman; 30 Lillies; 25 Ring
Well, it seems obvious that the woman is me…so it seems that there is “forgiveness in the marriage”. Who is the one forgiving? Me, that my husband attacked me on Friday in front of everyone, and that he does not realize what he is doing? Is it my husband “forgiving” me as he thinks that I am undermining him? Is my husband wishing that I forgive him because he is realizing that he is literally “losing his mind”?
So, I am not sure if I am the giver or receiver of the forgiveness in the marriage.
But, suffice, and safe, to say, it is both ways, this is a marriage,
2 people
, 2 ideas, 2, 2, 2…not just one.

My draw today is from the new Art deck.
Ring: promise, dedication, commitment, responsibility
Lily: experience, maturity, wisdom, peace, enduring calm
Ship: movement, transition, travel, foresight, opportunity
I like a general Narrative format here.
I can celebrate that the weather finally allowed me to get back to the soul of my practice: back to the garden, getting my herbs planted, flowers started, tending to the pollinator garden. I think the cold, long, rainy Spring was starting to do a number on me. ![]()
Ship points to the transitional nature of the weather and the foresight needed in garden planning. I’m dedicated (Ring) to caring for the plants and also being mindful of my non-human community residents react to the things I plant for them.
I feel much more in control and at peace (Lily) getting things in order outside. It’s been stressful feeling cut off from something I’m so drawn to.
Reflection: after a rainy cold start, the end of May has been lovely.

June Lenormand is up
Please check for typos and uglies. This is a special month. Bring your own sugar to June Lenormand
My draw is from the new Art deck.
Star (modifier): goals, achievements, destiny, inspiration, clarity
Scythe (subject): decisions, swift resolution, breakthroughs, the removal of obstacles,
clarity
Bear (modifier): strength, power, greatness, generosity, responsibility
I like the modifier/subject/modifier format for this question and draw.
It seemed an odd format choice at first, but I was intrigued by seeing the Scythe card, especially falling between these two very positive cards. In a positive light (from @dan3’s extended Keywords document), the Scythe card can point to decisive changes, clean breaks from stagnation, and the removal of obstacles (a nod to Ganesha here).
Not really representative of a gentle transition as the question asks, but this is certainly representative of moving with clarity into June, a warm summer month, and what lays ahead for me in terms of my garden chores and my approaching garden visitors.
The Star card speaks to additional clarity as I move through June, gaining inspiration as I go. The Bear card is also a reminder that I’m delighted to take on the full responsibility of my little piece of Earth and offering shelter, food and protection from the community of non-human residents residing there.
Reflection: Could not have imagined a sweeter way to end this month’s round of Lenormand. ![]()
Our card draws had the Scythe in the center. Like, yours, mine (from yesterday) was mod/subj/mod with great cards on the sides. I had to think about it a bit but it does work well. The idea that cards have both light and shadow aspects comes in handy when trying to get my intuition to match the spread.
Deck: Yellowrock. A themed deck that uses the story arc from the Jane Yellowrock series. Pictures are AI.
Birds, Rider, Coffin
A gentle transition into June comes from clearing mental noise (Birds), acting on a true message (Rider) and closing the door on something that has run its course (Coffin)
The picture illustrates a Vampire (generally a good Vampire - if there is such a thing) named Katie who was killed but a way was devised to bring her back. Thus the idea that a Coffin can be a new beginning all on its own (a reset is one of the positives about the Coffin card) and makes the whole reading a bit more positive.
Scintillating Sunday,
Lenormand today - How should I prepare for June? 12 Birds; 33 Key; 6 Clouds/Storm
I need to stop hoping/waiting for an answer about how to handle the situation here at home.
I hold the key (33 Key) to the communication (12 Birds) here, but it may be hard to find (6 Cloud/Storm).

Looking forward to tomorrow!!
