I love this, I grew up the same way & I am actively trying to not be reactive and hold things in because of the same, it causes my anxiety to stir. I do not like to blow up at people because it could be someone that has nothing to do with what is going on with me. I am definitely going to try this on my back porch, possibly this afternoon.
I am taking today to figure out what is going on with me. I have cleaned my space, ran my errands, I just got my new journal in the mail. I was looking at anxiety spells for the same reasons. I’m getting myself together today and resetting. I’m trying my hardest to organize my thoughts and what is happening around me.

Me too the last couple of days about everything. I have felt very overwhelmed and discombobulated. Today has been a good clearing day for me though. I got my space cleaned, started a journal, consecrated a couple of amulets, now to get my bedroom painted and set up again. I have to learn patience at some point too. Lol

Etsy is an amazing place for simple things. I got my new journal there and I am in love with it. I ordered some incense and a couple of other items too. Last night I ordered some SVG files to cut and decorate my BOS and Athame that my husband made me. I haven’t decided on colors yet, but I am excited to get them done. So many amazing things on that site.
