Well, this week I am trying balance more. Instead of working long hours tonight I made cookies with my youngest then went for a night ski-cross country. The stars were so beautiful.

I am starting to run low on the salve I made from beeswax and the herbal oil I had made for a weekly challenge so I may start some more infused oils this week.

On Saturday we pick up our puppy. So excited and uneasy- will be a lot of work. Here is a pic from the litter.

Other than that, I don’t have any big plans this week. I’m waiting to see what the Weekly Challenge is before I do any plans for the New Moon. LOL! See if I can work the two together.

Ooh, this is so smart. Why hadn’t I thought of that?! I feel like some weeks I don’t get to practice my magick as much with other things taking over and this would help me on those busy weeks for sure. Thanks for the idea!

I’m the same way - I much prefer guided meditations or meditating to nature sounds. It also helps to remember that bringing that “monkey brain” back into focus is a normal part of meditation

I’m doing a bit better today, but I can feel the cold still in my joints. So I’ll have to wear my compressions & braces starting now on a regular basis.

Ah, maybe a little but mostly the weather & my joints not getting along. Cold, raw, windy, rainy, sleet, snow… my body hates all of that, especially all in one day over 3 days. Lol
