Well, put it this way - when 16 year old me went to Italy on a school trip, all of us girls got our bottoms pinched by the local lecherous men! Our chaperones had their jobs cut out for them on that trip!

I guess yāall needed bottoms with printed messages like āhands offā or ātaken.ā Or just wear big rings and practice cupping your hands and slapping hard enough to leave a mark for their wives to find!

We were 15 at the time, on a once in a lifetime school trip. We had been warned to watch out for pick pockets and purse snatchers, but not the bum pinchers! Luckily we only had one day in Naples, but we very quickly learned a few cuss words in Italian to yell at the offenders.

Good morning, Iām a few months and a couple of days late. Itās nice to see members active! Iām looking forward to meeting newer members since my time here in May-ish? Itās been a long crazy few months.
So many new things happening here! Which is very exciting! It will be a bit slow going for me to catch my bearings, but I think Iāll be okay. Iām not going to jump in head first this time though, with everything here I got burnt out quick. I still have so much happening but putting effort back into things as I can, baby stepsā¦ Baby steps with so many things lately 
Iām going to peek around a bit in the forum to see what is going on recently so Iām not completely blind when things come up. I do have an appointment this AM from 9 to 10 EST, but afterward I will be popping in and out while Iām doing the things around here.
Itās nice to see everyone! I have missed this place and thought about it a lot, I just could never pull it together to actually pop inā¦ Itās been quite the ride

Iām not sure if we have met before or not, @Susurrus . I do remember seeing your name on some older posts, when the forum kept showing me posts from before I joined, which was last November.
The equinox is a great time to think about balance and moderation, so definitely take your time working back into things here. it can be easy to get to wrapped up in things, overdo it, and then suffer burnout. Take your time getting settled back in. As you say ā baby steps

HI @Ostara! I have been away for quite some time & before that the more I tried I ultimately wound up not being able to follow through. So much has happened & changed, so Iām pretty sure I will be able to ease back into the forum on a more regular basis. I did forget that yesterday was Wednesday & I had my weekly appointment. Usually I would take that off because afterward itās a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for a bit. So I couldnāt make it back in yesterday. Today should be better. Iām excited about the Weekly Challenge this week too! 
I missed everyone & Iām excited to see new people too! I look forward to engaging with everyone again!

Iāve been away alot recently also. The summer went by so fast. Iām going to try to check in at least once a day. Once I get behind itās hard to catch up!

Currently this is where I am, I want to at least be able to check in once a day because getting caught up is so hard. Iām kind of peeking around to see what is happening around the forum because the catch up is way to overwhelming, so trying to figure out current members, activities, topicsā¦ Iāve made to a couple of threads but there are others that I have to revisit so my brain wraps around the information
