Yes you can. I actually use a plastic bottle of Ice Mountain and put the bottle out during any phase of the moon and collect it by 5 in the morning …actually before the sun light. I just label my bottle and use it for cleansing of my altar or at my altar in a bowl for offering. Basically it can be used for anything.
