I think I’m turning out to be a Crafty Witch, lol.
I made this pentagram this morning and decorated it for Yule.
Our Vitex tree offered several twiggy, fairly straight branches that could be used for this project, so after giving my thanks, I snipped a few and then got to work at my art table.
I used jute to tie the twigs together and then used my hot glue gun to attach more of the artificial greenery I used around the Yule log. I also attached some star anise pods.
I’m rather happy with it. At the moment it’s standing on top of my desk/altar but I may find somewhere in the living room for it.
That’s lovely! I wish I could go out and forage for greens. I used to live in a house where our neighbors had an overgrown holly tree and box woods in the bad and we had ivy on the house. My Mom and I used to love to decorate with it. You did great!
Love this I also had one made from a rowan tree braches but my wee pup got a hold of it and sadly she broke it need to make an another. But I do have this on my front door.
