Today is a 22 Master Day (8+7+2+0+2+3=22) and the energy is increasingā¦ Can you feel it? I was feeling Balanced and then I checked the mailā¦ I received a letter that created some excitement, so I had to take care of that! Things are hopefully calmer now and I can finish my post!
A few years ago, I had a profound moment, when I finally accepted that Change is the only constant! Change is still difficult for me, so I must remind myself to take some time out just for me! This is so true for this moment in time.
August 2023 is a High Energy month filled with Magick Moments for all of us. With all the new light energies coming in, it is taking time for us to adjust and integrate it into our bodies. I know we are all progressing but it can be exhausting. We are cleansing and eliminating toxins which means we are tired, having headaches, and having problems sleeping. Just know that the unpleasant symptoms will pass. Itās important to ground and center and to connect your head and heart.

I donāt usually get to read the energy report until my day is over, but I am always in awe of their accuracy. I havenāt slept well in days. I was chalking it up to back to school and intense summer heatā¦ but maybe the energy is whatās been up. Iāve also had a headache, just barely there, but enough to be obnoxious, for several days. I get pressure headaches frequently and weāve had some stormy weatherā¦. But againā¦. I have also been feeling so optimistic and on top of my game, exhausted, but brilliant! I am a Leo and this is my birthday week (well, Sunday so technically itās next week). I so love this thread! Iāll also eager to check out this biorhythm app! Thanks for sharing!

No Iāve been neglecting this. But last night I did a ritual with Hel, and slept good, cleared my head and heart. So thankyou for this reminder. Need to do this more often.

My mother was a bookkeeper, so she worked with numbers anyway, and there were no apps that long ago!!! The only thing I found when I searched was some Trigonometry functions! I am pretty sure that my mom did not use trigonometry.
I have never calculated biorhythms by hand, but hereās what I do know, on the day of your birth, all the cycles start at 0. The Physical-cycle is 23 days, the Emotional-cycle is 28 days, and the Intellectual-cycle is 33 days.
Iām so sorry I couldnāt be more helpful! I have always used a computer program, and now I use an app on my phone!

I have been all over the place like a loose balloon, or a kitten who wants to be fed- up down, all around! Not in a bad way, per se, just kind of all over the place. The air has felt charged with electricity the last few days- not helped by a huge surprise thunderstorm that swooped in yesterday! 
There sure is a lot in the air and it seems to be manifesting physically!
This is such a great message and I really appreciate it- Iāve kind of let the electricity in the air swat me around, but today Iām making the intention to give it direction. I have things I need to do, and Iām going to use this energy to get 'em done! So mote it be

āGood, just tiredā was literally how I responded when someone asked how I was yesterday evening- itās a strange place to be, but not a bad one!
My tummy is being a bit off too, although Iām going in other direction- havenāt been hungry at all for a couple days now, which is very odd for me. Hopefully the āenergy downloadsā will be complete soon and things will settle down for us all!

My dreams have been really intense the last few days- not in a bad or even a good way, just really busy. Jumping from scene to scene, place to place. I woke up this morning feeling exhausted despite sleeping all night. My unconsciousness needs to take a chill pill, I think

On Saturday, I had this nagging headache all day. After I had posted the weekend report here, I decided to check the Schumann Resonance app on my phoneā¦ It was 87!!! That explains a lot!

And today, the energy feels like chaos to me. Everything is changing, not just a little bit, but drastically! I know deep inside that this is going to continue for quite some time! The only way Iām handling all the changes is to connect to the Divine and continue to send healing to the Earth!

Oh my yes very intense energy vibrations today. 
.
The chaos energy is intense, even for me today. I feel like a tidal wave just smashed my surf board and flipped me over. Thankfully Iām learning how to enjoy the highs and lows. I feel like weāre having a shakeup, but afterwards it will be good. All the old dust is coming off and a fresh clean me will come out. I think I need this. Been holding on too long to a few things from my past that need to be let go off, and as Iām not one to easily let go off stuff, itās being taken off me. 
. For those who donāt like chaos, breathe and put on your headphones to your favourite meditation, close your eyes and let it pass over you. Iāve restarted my morning and evening Wiccan prayers on Spells8, feel theyāre much needed to bring a little order in. Blessed be my lovelies.
