I am trying to learn Cartomancy. I use the Q of Hearts to represent myself. When my mom read cards, she would use the card after the 7 of any suit until she got the spread she wanted. My mom was VERY GOOD in her craft. She tried teaching me but she couldnt tell you what the suits were nor could she play cards, not even the Game “War”. But she never understood the Tarot cards either.

I believe we have a few members who practice cartomancy. I’ve never tried myself, but do read tarot, Oracle and learning Lenormand.

Cartomancy is simply the act of divination with cards, no matter what cards they are. Playing cards, oracle cards, tarot - they can all be used for divination. I’ve never read with playing cards but we do have some information here at Spells8 regarding regular playing cards!
