Merry Meet! I wanted to introduce myself. I am so grateful to be accepted here! My name is Beth, well my birth name is Elizabeth and everyone calls me Beth. However, I am wanting to rename myself for the sake of my spiritual journey. I live in northern NY, near Canada.
For as long as I can remember I have been interested in learning the craft. A natural calling to learn. Even as a child, I wanted to know everything about nature. I always felt a connection to the woods. In my early teens, I read anything I could off the internet. I just didn’t have the means or the proper guidance. I was given my first tarot deck at age 15. It just comes naturally now. I have picked up a few other decks over the years, including oracle cards and chakra cards. Now that I am an adult, I’m 36, i am able to devote my time to studying to be the witch I am meant to be! I have never felt more fulfilled in my life than when I am chanting at the full moon! This is exactly what I am meant to do!
On this beautiful journey I believe we need friends to guide us along the way. Mine are few and far between. I would LOVE to gain a penpal or 2! We can exchange books, crystals, knowledge. I’m not sure if that’s allowed. I apologize if its not.
I am always open to learning from a teacher if there is anyone willing to offer advice. I can always use guidance.

Speaking of activities, we just had a challenge where part of it was to find your magical name. The great @MeganB did a post about it that might help you out. It’s here. Then one of the people more knowledgeable than me can help walk through changing your name. LOL.

I’d love that! I have …I really can’t remember the name of them but they’re the oils for dressing candles. I have a box of them that I don’t resonate with and I can’t stand to see them just sit.

Blessings! I really want to find my magickal name. I resonate with dragonflies. In fact 8 believe they are my spirit animal. They seem to follow me. I would like my name to include Dragonfly but it feels like there should be something in front of it. There is so much information here that I get excited and don’t know where to begin! I spend hours learning! I love it! I have found where I belong.
