@Mystique Ok the stuff I’ve looked up is quite complex, but I’m going to try to break it down simpler. It talks about linking the rune with your chakras. I’ll take copies of the book and put it here or in a DM? I’ll do it tonight when it’s quiet so I can focus.
In the meantime, a simple spell is to carve 
on a woodenspoon and use this spoon to stir any teas or medicinal items. What does is boost your immune system so any medication you take should work better.
I hope to have it all simplified for you by tomorrow. Let me know if you want this as a DM.

How to Link a Rune to You
It’s quite complex but I’ve simplified it as best I can. If you have any questions, I’ll do my best to answer, I’m still learning myself, but I do have references that I can refer to. So here it is:
First you do need to make the rune out of a sustainable material, preferably wood. If you don’t have a wood burning kit, buy a standard wooden set, it should contain the blank rune, use this blank rune as your base together with a waterproof permanent black marker, and that will do.
I will explain what a Base State is and how to find it in yourself at the end. You may want to read about what VR is, as we will be using this too. Here’s the VR (but we won’t be using this to link to a god but instead a rune)
Charge the Rune with Your Energy
Two steps to do this. It’s a long process.
Step One
Take your blank rune wood into your hands.
Fill your body with your attention and activate your VR.
Once the VR vibration manifests itself in your hands - transfer that feeling into the blank rune.
Wait to feel the 2-way connection.
Repeat this meditation with the blank rune each night before bed until you feel you’ve established a contact with the runic plain in general. This is the initiation and the first step to awaken the ancient forces in your body and mind.
(A note on This is a dense earth energy, it opens all the lower chakras abruptly. At first when using this rune you may feel calm, then it will increase in intensity. The Rune aids physical healing, not anything related to feelings (like emotions, trauma, sorrow etc) It’s a strength rune.)
Step Two
Now configure to you.
Close your eyes and focus your breathing. Awaken your VR again.
Fill your body with the VR.
Enter your Base State (I will cover this at the end), and say “I Am as I Am”.
Harmonize your inner self while in the Base State.
Fill your consciousness and keep your attention on it.
Now shift your focus to your crown chakra.
Now draw the rune in your minds eye through your chakras (see the 3 pictures). You may want to memorize these pictures before you do this.
Once you’ve got the into your chakras, now spin it clockwise, slowly at first then faster and faster until it reaches maximum speed. Feel that spin under your feet.
When it feels like the spinning is at its max. say the name of the rune 3 times
“Uruz Uruz Uruz”
Listen to any vibrations that the rune creates.
Now, Quickly, let go of your concentration and pick up the blank rune and carve/draw the onto it.
Bless this wooden rune to your god, or just a general blessing (if you wish to work with a Norse God, great but I’d recommend to do the VR to find which one wants to help you, it may not necessarily be the one connected to the rune). However the god most often associated with is Thor.
Now you and the rune are one! Carry this with you everywhere.
Some Background
The configuration of the rune is done for each rune and is open-closed. It’s open from the earth-side and closed to the outside world and its information. So the rune will direct the force onto yourself.
force applies to the physical body. Sometimes ailments get worse before they get better as your body deals with itself.
Remember is NOT medicine. It is power. It powers up the body to maximise the benefits of any medicines. It unlocks the bodys’ natural self-healing and self-detection (immune system) so that together body and medicine can work to heal. Due to this you may experience a change in taste and sleep patterns as gets to the root of ill health - diet changes are normal.
What is The Base State
I Am As I Am
Who are you NOT!
You are not your name, your heritage, your job, your nationality, your situation, etc. because you did not define this. This is upon your life by your life circumstances. The I didn’t even participate in the shaping of your fate, life, worldview etc.
Who Am I This is a Soul. Your Soul says I Am without a social status, without a social identity or surname, without principles and beliefs.
I is a Soul that Lives
It is the raw earthy you when everything else is lost - you are still you at your core.
So To Find Your Base State
Close your eyes and meditate on everything you love and hate.
Everything you take pride in.
Everything you know.
All that you believe in.
Reject it all!
Now you are I Am As I Am.
“There is no age, there is just our perception of it.
There is no gender distinction, these are just bodies fulfilling a certain vital function.
There is no social status, those are just the games people play.
There is no experience, no karma - those are merely small chains of events out of myriads of possibilities.
There are no convictions - that is just the way that human society chooses to evaluate its own kind.

I AM AS I AM”
This state of consciousness unplugs you from the world and enables each rune to connect itself to your very core increasing its power in your everyday life. Once done, you can then call upon the rune you need, anytime, as they are permanently a part of you.
@Mystique I know this is alot, sorry , but if you want to really get what can give you, this is the best way.

Once Initiated Into The Runes
You can then use the rune/s in spell work and achieve maximum power as they know you intimately. As you work with the runes in this way, you will get to a stage where you will no longer need any physical runes, they will be embedded into you, and you can just access them, by closing your eyes, call upon the rune, you’ll see it in your minds eye and by saying it out loud you are activating it into any spellwork or healing.

Thank you! I read all this but I’m going to have to reread it later. I used the wooden spoon with the rune carved in it this morning (over 12 hours ago) and within an an hour my fever spiked and I slept most of the day off and on. My fever has finally broke but I know have a severe headache. Not sure if it’s the fever, the steroids or what. But I’m going to go back to sleep and check this all out in the morning again. I think it would be a good idea for me to have something permanent like this tune with me to help with my health.

I only have one question! Ok maybe two. Can it be any type of wood as long as it’s sturdy? And can I creat my own piece from a dead. Tree that is laying in my yard?

Fabulous! I was thinking it would look so pretty it it’s natural state. Thinking about putting it in a dehydrator to dry it out some before working with it. Never did that with wood so not sure how it will work.

Not sure either, I’d leave it to dry naturally but keep it sheltered so the oils stay in the wood, if it’s dried too fast it could become brittle. You may need to apply a treatment afterwards with wood oils like linseed oil or pure beeswax

You are amazing not more than 4 hours ago I was thinking to myself I have such a hard time meditating so much going on in my life to meditate has been one of my biggest challenges lately and after reading your post and sitting down and asking one of the Gods to join you just brighten my whole day up. I have just received my new box of which Runes and I’ve been anxious to use them but little hesitant so so now this is the first thing after I bless them.
(I am editing this post as I read how you make your own and that sounds like a challenge I would like to clear my mind and make my own although I did have some sent to me any thoughts on that?)
I’m going to do this and go on a journey I truly do need a vacation thanks again Tracy my sister witch!

Aww thankyou. Regarding making your runes, if you have a set you like, you can still dedicate each rune to yourself, as above, but instead of drawing/carving the rune onto the wood, you would instead bless your rune in your hand, so it becomes yours (like when you consecrate a new item for your altar).
I hope you get a vacation, even if it’s a little peace in this busy world. May the gods keep you safe lovely

How To Make Runes From Clay
A side note, (you don’t have to do this), but I draw, with a biro, all the runes onto both my palms (the runes evenly split between both hands), then when I’m softening the clay, the runes with my energy from my hands, transfers via the ink, into the clay. This energises the clay with my energy melded with all the runes. You don’t have to do this, and bear in mind whatever colour ink you use will also go into the clay, so if you can match ink to clay colour, this won’t show.
Ultimately the runes are yours and yours alone, it’s about what YOU like, it’s not about being fancy or perfect, make them the way you want them, they can be any shape and size, any colour, any material as long as it’s durable if you plan to reuse them, then link them to you and enjoy them.
