Hello everyone. First of all, thank you for all the insight and guidance you’ve shared with me in the past. I’m coming to you again because I’m in a difficult place and could use some direction.
I’m a solitary witch. I grew up hearing stories about the craft and the importance of learning it properly, but my grandmother passed before she could pass her knowledge on to me. Because of that, I’ve always kept to myself and only practiced small things—mostly protection work for myself and my family. My knowledge is limited, but my intentions are always clean and grounded.
Now to my question. My partner of 11 years is going through a divorce. His wife left him during a time when his health was not good, and she left the house “underwater,” as he puts it. Instead of paying the mortgage, she saved the money and walked away. In my opinion, she hasn’t acted in good faith, but that’s not my focus here.
When he filed the papers, he offered her a fair and reasonable amount. She refused it, even though she’s been in another relationship for the past 11 years. She is now asking for far more than she deserves. His lawyer assures us she will not get what she’s demanding, but the situation is causing my partner a lot of stress.
I’m not wishing harm on her. I don’t want anything bad to happen to anyone. I just want the energy to shift so she can accept what is fair, so this doesn’t have to go to court and drain everyone’s time, money, and peace.
Does anyone have a spell or energy-working suggestion that encourages fairness, clarity, and resolution? Something that helps all parties settle into what is right, without causing harm or interfering with free will.
Thank you for reading.
Super Saturday Secilia,
Off the top of my head, I do not know one. However, I could suggest, maybe something with a mirror (as in her receiving clarity). Maybe a knot spell to “bind” her unfairness so it does not come out. These ideas I am just putting out there. Hopefully, someone comes along with more guidance. Good Luck Sweetheart. Lady Gene ![]()
Hello @secilia I´m not fully understanding your situation, but I guess simply doing a justice spell could help sort things out. There are some great ressources on the spells8 page! I´ve picked these because I thought they might fit your situation best, but please feel free to browse the page yourself…you´re going to find so much information!
I´m wishing you good luck and that everything may sort out to the greater good for all of you.

Thank you this is grate information
Hi there!
I’m going to one of my favorite books to look up spells in. Utterly Wicked: Hexes, Curses, and Other Unsavory Notions by Dorothy Morrison. It’s a fun book to read, and I always seem to go to it when I need a spell of this sort. Not sure if this one is exactly what you need, but you can change a few words and make it work.
Red Brick Victory Spell
Materials:
1 yellow candle
2 red bricks
Commanding/Controlling/Compelling Powder
Pen and paper
Make a list of everyone on the opposing legal team. Include attorneys, witnesses, and the person who opposes you. Then cross the names out one by one, spit on each, and say:
I cross you and I cover you
So that your tongue is still
And cannot speak against me
No matter your true will.
Sprinkle the list liberally with the powder, then fold it in half twice. Dust one of the bricks with the powder, place the paper on top, then sprinkle the paper again. Place the second brick on top, saying:
With these bricks I block and bar
All evidence against me,
So the only facts admissible
Are those that would relieve me
Of the charges on the books
And guarantee my victory.
Allow the candle to extinguish itself, and place the brick parcel by your front door.

Commanding/Controlling/Compelling Powder:
Excellent for use in assuring that court cases swing your way. For extra oomph, add a bit of High John the Conqueror to the mix.
Allspice
Cinnamon
Clove
Patchouli
Sandalwood

Merry Monday Amethyst,
Thanks for the title. I’m gonna look this one up.

You’re welcome! It’s one of my favorite spell books!
thank you @katherina I also could use this for a legal situation that my oldest is involved in and she needs the case to go her way and give her justice against the man who violated her
Magnificent Monday My Mavens,
I just got a new book last night, and found this Spell for Justice (yup, that is what it is called), this is the “directions”
(Modified spell originally by Laura Tempest Zakroff from the Witches’ Spell-A-Day Almanac (2026))
Ingredients
Justice Card from Tarot deck, Paper, Pen/Pencil, Candle, Oregano (if not, Okay)
Fold the paper in thirds each direction, so that you end up with 9 squares.
Place tarot card on altar, light candles say your own opening circle chant.
Write on the paper, “I will prevail in the matter of ____. Goddess Inanna, may your justice guide and protect me.”
Of course, word to your preference, and your goddess of choice. Put oregano on the paper (omit if you wish), bless the paper, your own ritual, fold it up to hold the oregano. Leave on the altar in front of your justice card. Meditate/Chant, interact with your card daily, until the need has passed.
Well, what timing!! Or, really, the universe knows what it is doing. I just got this book last night from Amazon, and as I am looking through it this morning, I find this one.
I hope this is able to help you out!![]()

I hope that works wonderfully for you! Good luck!
Goodmornning here an update divorce is final. We had to give up a percentage of the house which is fine. We will have to sell the house and find another one. That too is fine. It is springtime, and we should start anew. Thank you so but that was the only thing she got. She did not get her back spousal support. As she requested, she did not get any of her other demands such as 8% of other property that we had. Sold. So I’m going to take it as a win. Thank y’all so much for your support, your information and all your guidance. Bless it, be.
I’m glad you’re satisfied, and that’s it’s all over! I hope everything goes well for you now!
Congrats, @secilia! And I’m seconding Amethyst that it’s good to finally lay what must have been a very stressful situation to rest. You’re right that spring is a wonderful time to start fresh. Wishing you all the best as you move forward! ![]()
