- Did my Wake Up meditation from Balance App
- Went for a lovely 5k run
- Gathered some wonderful oak gals to make my own ink
- Did a Candle Spell for Letting Go
- Put together my first incense blend
- Did 20 minutes of yoga
- Fell asleep to the balance app meditation
August 1st
- Started my day with the group tea ritual
- indulged in a free iced vanilla cappuccino at the car dealership while I waited
- Attended my compassion meditation group
- Called a friend and spoke for 20 minutes
- Ran 4 miles
- Attended my global meditation group
- Getting ready to take a short nap to recharge
