. I have been really struggling since Henri crossed the rainbow 
bridge 
. I wanted ro ask what you do for greif as a way of letting go and riding the tide of grief.

I don’t have anything specific but I do know an author I enjoy, Courtney Weber, just released a new book about grief as a pagan. It may be available at a library near you or in ebook format 
It’s called Sacred Tears: A Witch’s Guide to Grief

One that helped me came up during a challenge a couple of months after Donut passed - Wiccan Prayer for Death of a Loved One / Loss of a Pet
For me making things to remember him helped. I wear his pawprint in silver as a pendant. I that I made it from a mold I took of his paw and I made a shadowbox with his things.
Oh, and I met with my counselor once a week for the first 4-6 weeks when it was the hardest for me. Strangely enough, that night that I posted to you about having Donut show Henri around, I saw Donut dancing around in the dark in my closet like he used to when I’d get up in the middle of the night and needed to stretch for back pain.
