Well, it seems like we have had some crazy weather every full moon for months now! I know I can still practice even if I can’t see the moon, but I was really looking forward to sipping an adult beverage at the fire pit tonight and moon gazing!
Instead, I watched this glorious storm roll in! It was beautiful! I love gorgeous summer stones!
I’m sorry your full moon watching party didn’t go as expected, but I love how you still found beauty! Those storm clouds are amazing- they look they hold a lot of raw, natural power. Would be great for some double-duty full moon storm water!
No matter the weather, hope you had/are having a wonderful full moon, Ailey!
We had a storm the night before, but remained completely cloud covered. I could see the light from the moon in the clouds, but not the moon itself. I went out a couple of times to try to see it.
Watching a storm come through is always a site too. We can see when its light by us but over the ocean is black clouds moving our way. I should share the pictures when I can when it looks like that on my daily drives along the coast!
Wow Ailey that is very cool. I charged some water last night, but did not set out in a closed jar and the wind/storm flipped over my container, so no water for me, lol. I suppose next month is coming soon enough! Xo
We had a huge downpour with high winds the other evening. When the clouds cleared, I could see the Buck Moon shining brightly behind the dark clouds. When the clouds cleared more, the moon was something else. You could tell that Our Lady was closer to the earth.
