Sending positive energies your way. I hope all goes well.
Sensational Sunday Sweeties,
Well, this is gonna be a test. No time to prep, nor really pack…let’s see how well, I will be able to do my practice on the fly…One thing good…I already had my altar-in-a-box…I have my portable altar in an Altoids tin…yep, threw that in my bag first thing. Just waiting for son to come home with the dog and her shots, and then the friend to pick up his house key. We were watching his house and animals since Thursday while he went to his spiritual thing (he’s a JW–Jehovah’s Witness), he’s to pick up his key at any time. Son called him and friend is only a few hours away…so waiting for him and then…see, ya ![]()

That certainly sounds spur of the moment. I hope things are well. An unexpected adventure is not a bad thing. I hope there is room to have fun!.. but, of course, you do you…Sending calming vibes…
Deck: Alice
Stability, Community support, Completion of a phase, Harmony in environment, Shared joy
I think, once again, the keywords answer the question. To be more open to others, I need to embrace, accept, and not turn away from social needs and friends.
Just have to say that the dancing lobsters in front of rolling waves and rainbows is an incredible card design - I really like this one

The Alice deck has started to grow on me because of the pictures. It takes a different and sometimes weird turn from RWS but I love the designs.
Deck: Norse Tarot 2. Images are AI
Hmmm… maybe I should have stayed with the Alice deck!
Death brings the opportunity for new life. It is a Major so nothing is “small” about the card. The victory is going to be the trimming of useless aspects of my life and making room for more productive actions.
Such a huge card for a “small victory” makes my weird sense of humor come forward. Maybe I will finally give up on my Roller Ball dreams and take up something more reasonable?
Day 18: Where might a small victory appear today?
I drew The Seven of Wands
Strength | Defiance | Protection
My small victory will be the moment I hold my space without bracing.
Deck: RealRWS. Images are AI mods of the RWS deck here on Spells8
**I need luck at the moment when a fast‑moving opportunity arrives (3 of W) and it bumps into my fear of making a wrong move (8 of S). I must push through the stagnation to ignite something new.
Noir quip (based on quips from books by Alan Lee): “Luck’s gonna tap you on the shoulder today, kid—right when you feel like things are lost, and some spark begs you to run with it. Opportunities don’t knock in my neighborhood… they break the door down and expect you to keep up.”
Isn’t that middle one the 8 of Swords, not Wands?
Day 19: Where do I need luck today?
Hmmm for this question I drew the Magician, which confused me because I think of the Magician as not needing luck, he already has everything he needs.
However, I think in this case it may mean something along the lines of “I have all the tools I need, but I need luck in reaching for the right one at the right time.”
Yikes! I’ll change it. Thanks! I’m not sure how I thought that.
Good read. I tossed it around for a while and realized you nailed it.
Deck: Alice
The Four of Cups is a call for discernment - to shake off apathy and pausing for everything. Moving forward requires a decision to do so - so I need to get going and stop clouding my mind with fluff.
Day 20: How should I move forward?
The Fool (Earth Woman deck)
Keywords: Beginning | Freedom | Spontaneity
Wow - this is literally the first time I have ever pulled this card in my tarot work. Now of course, the traditional meaning for the Fool is all about being adventurous and heading off on a journey or saying yes to something unexpected, without being fully prepared.
So in answer to this question, that’s exactly how I am going to answer:
“I can move forward by taking the first step and not worrying about if all my ducks are in a row and I am ready for what comes next”
Deck: Alice
I should use my intuition and carefully select the person who deserves it the most, who has accountability and redeeming features but who may have just fallen on a tough time and needs a helping nudge. Help would come not in charity but in understanding and support.
Fanciful Friday,
love the pictures, that Alice deck sure does have great iconography.
Tarot today - How can I help someone today?
google images
I think I ended up with the same result you did, Dan
good luck/karma/life cycle/change/destinyI really had to think on this one and came with almost the same answer that you have. I need to remember that all things come to pass–I need to give encouragement to others for what they will be facing today.

I drew the Four of Pentacles (Earth Woman Deck)
Keywords: Money | Conservatism | Security
So now this confused me at first - the Four of Pentacles is about saving money, protection, boundaries etc. and I didn’t see how it could relate to helping someone else.
But having thought about it, I think my answer to the question would be along the lines of:
“I can help someone in need today by asking how I can help, and offering support or assistance, but making sure I don’t give away more than I can afford emotionally, financially or energetically.”
Greenbriar,
Love this read, sounds great!!

Deck: Archeon. This is a deck of myth and the paranormal. The word is used to describe ancients from near the lands of ancient Greece (Amazon)
conflict, competition, friction, testing your stance.
The card (and image) say I can strengthen my practice by embracing it as a challenge that has a worthy outcome.
I drew the Fool again (the second time in three days, after not drawing it for over a year)
This had me stumped for a while, but I thought about it, and looked at my answer for the previous question and in this case I think it’s telling me that I can strengthen my practice by embracing the journey itself—following my curiosity, trusting my instincts, and being open to wherever the path leads rather than worrying about whether I’m doing it ‘right.’
