It is warming to see how this community jumps right in to offer words of comfort and encouragement to those who are finding their current situation challenging. In that vein I offer this song which I discovered when being treated for PTSD and ascociated depression some years back. It gave me a real hope, and got me out into the forest my home backs onto. There are deer there which visit my garden, and that I envisioned as the ‘light (which) will appear like an animal between the trees, there you’ll find your pocket of peace’.
