Merry Meet @jean4, I’m sorry that I haven’t responded sooner! I’m Siofra_Strega from Cape Cod. I have been around for about 2 years now! I started with the courses & the Daily Ritual page to get an idea of a routine for myself.
I think the best advice is to take your time, go slow, & ask questions… even if you think it’s silly. I have had a few that I look at now & I’m like… I hope no one sees that 
But, everyone here is very friendly & supportive, so please, whatever the question
