Oh my goodness @DerBraucher- you’ve been charging ahead at full steam with your medical studies! Good for you, but yes, you’re right to take the time needed to rest your brain! It is believed that a lot of what we learn is consolidated and memorized when we sleep, so it’s worth it to take those breathers and rest well
