Same about the speech. I never use to have that problem. I noticed I stumble on my speech alot when I think I’m being judged about what I am saying.

My issue with speech has happened more in the last few years than any other time. I think it has to do with neurodivergencies and just probably general age and parenting related stuff 
there’s only so much information my brain can hold!
