Witch Challenge - Colorful Candle Magick for Amethyst:
Hey all!
For my catch-up spell, I’m doing a color magic spell. I always associate the middle and dark colors of blues with peace and protection. Probably because of my early fascination with cop shows. LOL!
For a bit, before I cast this spell a couple of months ago, I was worried about privacy and protection. It was probably because I got new neighbors who were fundamentalists. But this spell has worked a treat for me!
I use a dark blue, well, police blue candle. If you wish, dress it with your favorite protective oils and herbs. Light it, and then charge five somewhat large crystals with the idea of putting up a shield all around your home. You might need more crystals if it’s a big place, as I only have a small apartment that was enough for me. I used Black Tourmaline, Smokey Quartz, Labradorite, Amethyst, and a crystal ball of Obsidian.
Once they are charged, say the following chant:
As I light this candle, I put out a call
for my Guides and Helpers to put up a wall.
A wall for privacy and protection,
so send back all negativity with a reflection.
Keep away prying eyes and gossip so harmful,
and my gratitude will be yours by the armful!
With these sacred stones, let me set a ward,
so that all evil will be blocked with an elemental sword.
I make this wish three times three,
as I will, so mote it be!
Let the candle burn for three nights consecutively, and place four of the crystals near the four cardinal points of the compass in your home. I put the Black Tourmaline behind the front door, Smokey Quartz on the shelves in the living room, Labradorite in front of my big windows, and the Amethyst in my bedroom.
The obsidian crystal ball I keep on my desk/altar. Every night before I go to bed, I make sure the wards are up by visualizing protectors where the stones are. Mine usually take the shape of my favorite characters from Law and Order, with a side helping of Batman and Iron Man. Use whatever image works for you!
And that’s it! I hope it works for you if you need it!
