❄ WITCH CHALLENGE - Snow Spells & Icy Magick

This is big! Yay!

Have you ever tried holding a bottle of vitamins or medicine to your heart and sensing how your muscles react? If you need them, you will lean forward; if not, you will lean back and away.

I have tried it but honestly, thought it was pretty informative but didn’t turn it into a ritual. I think I should try this avenue again.
What about you is it something you do all the time?

I have to admit, I use it a while, forget, and then rediscover it once a year at about this time. It has become almost subconscious at times, though. I consider it a good habit, when I can remember to use it.

I’m glad we both rediscovered it I’m going to try it. I’m just so use to using my pendulum for everything! To each there own. For me sometimes I’m so out of wack with myself it’s a good way to know myself better you know! What if you wanna know if you’re allergic to something could you use the muscle testing too?

I’ve heard that is possible. Try it. Just double check your deductions.

One method of testing for food allergies, which I don’t remember the source or some of the details, was to test your heart rate 20 minutes before and after eating. If your pulse gets faster, check individual ingredients. I tend to fall asleep after eating lunch if I’m home alone, so it doesn’t quite work for me.

Doesn’t the pendulum make mini muscle work more visible? It seems to make sense to use the pendulum as a muscle worker.
