Challenge Entry: My First Warding
Last night right around sunset I began my first warding spell.
I started with calling the quarters and engaging the largest circle I have ever caste. Its tough to visualize a circle that large and keep it held in your mind. But I was able to calm my mind and get it done. I loved making my alter my entire ground floor! I put out all the candles and crystals and it all felt so…magickal. Hahaha! Seriously though, it did feel powerful. I loved the incantations in this spell and enjoyed the challenge of a spell this big. I now have crystals stashed in corners, well close to the corner. I have a dog that will eat rocks, so they are all up a little bit for dog (and crystal) safety.
This was a great challenge for me at this time. It felt a little big for me, but I decided to try it and I am certainly glad that I did.
