Challenge Entry - Cozy Magick
Today was a cold and rainy day that kept me inside so I decided to put up the tree (yes I know itās a Christian tradition but itās magickal to me) for the first time in 2 years, bake a loaf of sourdough French bread, and drink tea all while my crew supervised! 
Since itās the first year both Kermit and Newt have experienced this, I just put up the lights. If all goes well, the kid (and cat)- safe ornaments will go up tomorrow!

Thatās a nicely sized and shaped tree. I hope that Kermit and Newt ignore it, as our five cats ignore ours, and you can put your decorations on without fear.

Challenge Entry
We recently had our first true snowfall for the year. In the morning after rising, I made myself a mug of hot chocolate, pulled up a fireplace video on the television, and snuggled under a blanket on the couch with a book. I spent about an hour just enjoying the quiet and soaking in the warmth while the snow gently fell outside, alternating between reading and staring into space contemplating the snow.
I can be very forgetful but enjoyed the experience and would like to turn it into a ritual for the first snowfall of every year so I noted it down in my book of shadows.

Challenge entry part 2
Somehow I forgot there was an extended deadline on this one.
Today really was the day I had the chance to do some cozy magick. Started with a self -affirmation spell this morning, followed up with a comfort snack of a honey crisp apple with almond butter and 85% cocoa chocolate .Then took a cleansing bubble bath and had hot cocoa with mini marshmallows after my run. I may have overdone the bubbles

I love snuggling up with a good witchy book and the new blanket my mum made usually with some hot coffee in my mushroom mugā:blush:

Challenge Entry
I realized although I had posted in this thread I hadnāt posted a challenge entry.
Itās actually chilly down here in Texas this morning, so I cozied up in my robe and slippers, wrapped my hands around a mug of tea and sat at my new desk/altar to do my meditation to get my day started.
I had loved my altar the way it was on the top of the dresser but with my new desk altar, I can sit in meditation, perform spells and rituals, journal etc. all in one place, surrounded by my most magical treasures.

Does your part of Cali get much snow? We donāt in NM, though it does get cold enough at night. Our ācold frontā yesterday took us down to a daytime high of only 38Ā°F. This might be the coldest we get.
That looks fantastic! It fits so nicely between the windows, too, for lots of natural light and great views for inspiration while writing!
Hmmā¦ I never considered using a secretary desk for an altar. Cubbies keep things organized, the top closes to keep things private when moving. Sounds like I have a new decorating idea! Thank you for sharing that!

I absolutely Love that altar. Amazing! Its so perfect. I recently changed up my set up. Not exactly how i want it yet but I know that will come in time. I have shared some of it on here already. But i would love to find a secretary desk now. Time to hit the thrift stores.
