Visualization is the tool used in this practice. It is one of many mindfulness for pain management techniques.
I figured with everything going on in 2020, we all could use some mindfulness meditation for finding peace.

I don’t know why I am just seeing this now, but I already have a plan to participate in it tomorrow morning. I have conditions with chronic pain & I’m hoping this will help me. Thank you so much for this.
