Good afternoon fellow witches,
Tomorrow I am getting my one and only wisdom tooth removed and to be honest I am scared out of my mind. the last time I went under I woke up having a POTS blood pressure attack whoops. Luckily my best friend is taking me and she understands, but still. Anyways i’m getting off topic🤣
Do you have any advice/spells or meditations for not only calming my worries but helping my surgery go smoothly without any issues. I have no family around so it’s just me and best friend taking care of me so I really am anxious and would appreciate anything this community has to offer.
I hope you all had a fabulous full wolf moon, blessed be
I’m sure everything will go well. I tend to pray to my deity for support and I wear my amulet having blessed it with the energy of my god ( in this case I’d call on Thor). Nothing fancy but I’m sure others will offer rituals.
May the gods be with you lovely let us know how it goes, and as a side, we’re your family
Best of luck on your surgery! I know it can be stressful the wait up to the event. While I don’t have any spells right off the top of my head, I am a huge fan of meditation and looked for a few pre-surgery specific ones for you that might help
Oh actually I did find a post that might have a helpful spell - I think creating a sigil would be a great idea!
I know the anticipation and worry are almost worse than the surgery at times. Do your best to distract yourself, meditate and focus on positive things.
I hope all goes well with your surgery. I think @Artemisia has given you some good meditations that should help keep you relaxed and calm. In the meantime, I will keep you in my thoughts and send you some positive healing energies.
I feel you - I always get super nervous going to the dentist, even when it isn’t for surgery or anything big. What helps me is wearing crystal bracelets. I often bring a black tourmaline or obsidian (for protection) along with an amethyst (relaxation) or lepidolite (eases anxiety). Then I can fiddle with the bracelets while I’m in the chair. It both distracts me and helps me relax.
Wishing you all the best with getting your wisdom tooth removed today - may it go smoothly and well!
You’ve gotten some great advice so far, and I hope I’m not too late to pop in a note, but I second the idea of creating a sigil. You can activate it in your preferred method and, if still physical (like you didn’t burn it or destroy it) you can keep it in your pocket during the procedure.
