Heart Chakra Grid

Today I felt I needed a kick to get my heart chakra to start opening early today. So, the next chakra grid is the heart the heart chakras colors are green and pink.

Oh absolutely! That’s what I do!!! It all ties together!!! And it works great!!! But if you do it yourself or to someone else, start from the root chakra and end with the crown. While removing them, first start at the crown and end at the root
