I love to do Shadow Work. I have a lot of journal prompt sheets for it. I use my journal for dreams, shadow work, and daily things. I have a few since August that I have filled up! I like to get the ones with parchment paper & they are usually leather bound with a string or lock to go around it. Usually more for show than anything else.
