Hopeful Light - Weekly Witch Challenge

Hello and welcome to all, this is the poem I wrote for the week’s challenge entitled as Hopeful Light, just as last time hopefully you all enjoy this one, Blessed Be, Margaret

Challenge Prompt: 🤍 Weekly Witchy CHALLENGE- Into the Light

Hopeful Light
By: Margaret

A chaotic world
No visible answer
Thy seeks out hope

Awaken thy’s senses
Answers are found
In strangest of places

A peaceful time desired
Wished to last eternally
For every generation

Beyond man’s comprehension
Metaphors are symbolic
Crossroads exist for a reason

May nature guide
It’s dwellers
To the sought out home

Desiring to protect
A dearest one’s laughter
Joy beyond measure

Someday thy’ll understand
In it’s own time
Why things are this way

This is stunning @Anne2- you really do have a talent with words! :star_struck:

I love how this poem is so gentle and encouraging- I feel like it is guiding the reader forward through life, heading towards goodness and happiness while also acknowledging the mystery and difficulties of the journey to get there.

So beautiful! Thank you very much for sharing :white_heart:

Cryptic but at the same time kind, loving & intensely meaningful.
Don’t ever stifle your creativity. We need your poetry.

That was partly my intention too @Garnet , let the reader seek out what I actually meant in some of the stanzas, it’s what a mentor would have likely done too but I did it in a more gentle and subtle approach with different beliefs and stories I knew of taking its inspiration from. I do have the other two unfinished written elsewhere, once that’s done I’ll post both of it here. Also, Thank you

Anne2,
Aw Anne our guardians are watching over us! It’s such a good poem! I feel like I can empathize with you and feel what your going through! It’s a really good way to express yourself!
At times I feel like a luna loon, I come to the forum and here these soft-spoken messages and I don’t feel alone! I like to listen to your intuition, and creative thinking and all those wonderful insights the conscious and superconscious that us women have automatic access too! It’s definitely magical listening to you just flow with the inner mirror and becoming a star!:dizzy:
Thank you!
Respectively

Hello and You’re welcome too @Jeannie1 ,

This is kinda the reason why a writer writes, it is to also bring entertainment and relief to the readers. The Egyptian horoscope had placed me under Thoth sign, a god associated with the moon and knowledge, it also said there that those under it can be writers and journalists, and are attracted to the career of teaching or being a mentor. We can also be lifelong students if the knowledge to acquire takes years to learn, the only downside? The naively thoughts of us can also be our downfall other than that there’s not much issue with the Egyptian sign in acting with the Scorpio sign

Blessed Be,
Anne
