Since I started meditating & making it a practice in one form or another each day, I’m doing a lot better & I’m able to… I guess kind of cope with different things a lot better now.
It’s helped my anxiety & panic, depression, mainly my overall mental health. I’ve even been able to either completely come off or bring medications down to the lowest possible dose!
