Okay soo you all have inspired me to post a few pretty pretty pictures I have in my gallery that I made on a windy day about two-three days ago, it includes my normal big red roses, calendula flowers, dianthus, marigold, geraniums and my dahlia! It’s obviously not my garden but I do have a few flower pots!

I love your flowers @Solasta_Amore
They are so lovely, you have added some beautiful flowers to your collection. It looks like a “Magical Garden” to me! Big or small it’s all Magickal!
Love you

We won’t have a garden for a bit yet-
It is nice to see the pretty flowers here as ours are a few weeks off.
I only have bulbs coming up, but most are not blooming yet, oh, and of course, weeds! I won’t be able to plant until late May or June, it’s still below-freezing most nights here. All in good time. I’m looking forward to seeing your beautiful flowers… later. Big hugs ![]()
Oh thank you @BryWisteria & @Solasta_Amore! @Phoenix_Rose yeah, it may be a little bit there… but it will happen!
As I was walking my pupper, I came across Celandine coming up & bloomed! (they look like mini daffodils)… I’ll have to remember to bring my phone out with me tomorrow to take a picture.
Aww will wait to see your blooms!
Anyways, even the snow is sparkly and silvery! Sooo magickal!

We had such a bad drought last summer, and then a freeze in December that was super crazy, I lost a lot of plants. Some of them were from my mom who passed 5 years ago, so that was heartbreaking.
It’s the circle of life, right? Anyway, I wasn’t sure what I would plant in the front flower bed. I have had red hibiscus for years, but lost them. I went to a plant shop today and I’m going back to hibiscus.
On our way to the plant shop the wildflowers were so beautiful. I started a post about wildflowers in different areas of the world. I think it would be so awesome to see the different plants in so many different areas.
I just want to flop down in it and make a snow angel! Lol! We don’t see much snow in this part of the world.
Breathtaking yellow blossoms!
I looove how big they are! Magical and Sweeet!

Awww I bet I would have done that, too!

I love the bright colors, @Ostara Your flowers are so pretty!
Thank you Marsha. I will take a pic when I get them in the ground. We are still working on clearing the flower bed, so it should be ready next weekend.
Lol. I use do that once or twice a winter but then I’m good til next year ![]()
Gorgeous flowers!
If you were to start a witchy garden, what would be the top 10 plants you would plant?
Only 10 @Phoenix_Rose? ![]()
That might be hard to limit it to only 10, but I’ll try!
- Sunflowers
- Marigolds
- Lilacs
- Hollyhocks
- Lavender
- Iris
- Yarrow
- Dandelions
- Clover
- Violas
… Dianthus, Roses, Daffodils, Blanket Flowers, Mullien, Sage, Tulips… and the list continues…
And I can’t forget Morning Glories!
I’m stopping now!!!
I currently am lucky to have annual hosta, hyacinth, dandelion, forsythia, clover, cherry blossom, daffodil, and lilac. My current top additions are:
sunflower - marigold - heather - American mountain ash (rowan), sweet pea, lavender
. I thought it might be hard to come up with 10 starter plants. Apparently I was so wrong. ![]()
I love morning glories!!
I didn’t realize that all those plants were witchy. I recognize some as witchy, other I just thought were pretty.
I have more magical plants than I realized. I still have so much to learn!
There are still a few here on the list I want to add, like roses and to replant sunflowers. I also want to add echinacea.
This is a great list. I like how you both have dandelion ![]()
Thank you!!!
