When I do remember to cast a circle or if I really feel I need one, I call the quarters and elementals and my deity Brigid. It really depends on what it is that I am doing. I enjoy working with the elements though, they are always represented on my altar when I am doing work. I make sure to use them whenever I do a spell whether it’s a jar spell or otherwise. I really like the jar spells. I have one for anxiety on my dresser and I have a bag of crystals for anxiety & strength on my nightstand. I think I will call on the elements and do a jar spell that I can carry with me on my person.
