Do you own any pets? Have you ever incorporated them into your meditation practice?

I love this idea but my cat would not sit still or even stay in the same room. I’d love to do this tho!!

My dogs will lay on the bed with me while I do my meditations. They used to encroach on me, but now they just pick a spot near me & stay there while I do my thing.

My cat Cleo likes to participate in prayer and meditation. When I ring the Bell she will come and sit on the bed next to me. She will meow as we go through a prayer/chant. When I am doing ritual she will always be close by.

Thank you I’m going to be more aware of feelings, I often think of how he’s so intuined to myself and my emotions, I’ve called him my therapist. Archer knows all my secrets, hopes and dreams,
I’ve always been drawn to animals and bonded with my own lovingly but Archer my dooman is so much more a part of me
