That’s a great question, @Susurrus- my first encounter with prayer beads was at Buddhist temples, so I still can’t help but associate them with Buddhist rites first. But I know some witches do use prayer beads/mala beads for magick! 
I’m sure you could craft a special prayer bracelet for Hekate- perhaps with volcanic beads and incense? 
Maybe if you mention this in the current Hekate’s Night discussion, other Hekate worshippers will have some great ideas for you!
