Iā€™m so excited I had more energy with spring arriving even though the weather was cold. Spring is my favorite season. I feel like I am renewing my practice and my spirituality. Iā€™ve gotten back into my weekly and daily routines. I never stopped doing my shower cleansing ritual though. I also pray at the end of my shower. I did the weekly challenge and a book review and the tea ritual this week. Iā€™ve also collected my items for my altar and Iā€™ve started putting it all together.
Yesterday I took a cleansing and relaxing bath and I did a chakra cleansing meditation.

I havenā€™t tried Japanese. But I did acupuncture in my ears for stress relief. It can def help when done right

Itā€™s now almost 4 PM and itā€™s been snowing for about 12 straight hours and the snow is up to my dogā€™s chest, so at least a foot of snow :sweat_smile: my childā€™s birthday party was today and the roads were so bad that only one person was able to make it!

It did that in Portland oregon last year if i am remembering correctly. The trees were blooming and it broke lot of branches off thr trees cause it was too heavy for them. It seem like the weather and nature are bit wonky these daysā€¦ it feels like we have kinda messed upnthe planet. It makes me :pensive:
