There have been times in my life when I felt as if I had a hole in my soul! I did see it as a black hole as in the picture above. I was deep in depression at the time. Iām telling you this because the times we are currently in are challenging, so it is difficult to find peace and calm. For me, the picture above is a reminder to feed and nourish my soul as I integrate recent changes.
I used to keep a gratitude journal, posting each day something I am grateful for. This helped me tremendously, so today I have decided to start doing it again. This exploring my darkness with all this heavy energy coming in, is challenging to say the least. But itās also the perfect time to do!
Past trauma will still be coming up for all of us, so we can heal old painful wounds. We are in powerful times, allowing each of us to create our own reality and not what anyone else thinks it should be! Honor yourself first and remember to Feed your Soul! Do something you love today and take care of yourself.

Thank you @marsha I Love your Energy reports. I know of some of your trying times, I find moderation is one of my hardest stumbling blocks. I have tendencies to go āAll INā whenever I start something and often find depression and burnout if it is not something that really holds my interest.

I did have some difficult changes happening last week, which have certainly pointed me in a different direction. I think it was needed! I have always struggled with unexpected changes, so that makes it worse and on top of that, I am sometimes overly emotional. 
After learning so much from you about Chaos Magick, Iām trying to embrace all the changes and go with the flow. I am feeling so much better now and I love 
the new energy Iām feeling today!

We had a Solar Flare today and also some radio blackouts. Yesterday was a very busy day for me and I thought I was just tired from yesterday, but now Iām wondering if it was the Solar Flareā¦ 
Today is the time to use the portal energy for healing.
Coming up, Mercury will be in retrograde on August 24th, and Uranus will also retrograde on August 29th. So lots of heavy energy. So expect lots of energetic ups and down this month. Then we have a Blue Full Moon on August 31st to end the month!

I really like the picture of the Leo constellation with Regulus- it looks like the lion is scooping up Regulus, bringing the star towards his heart 
Mercury, Uranus, and Blue Moon- oh my! Lots of excitement in the skies this month 
Iām excited for the Blue Moon, neutral about Uranus retrograde, and am absolutely dreading Mercury retrograde

Today is the last day of the Heart of the Lion Portal, although, we will still feel the energy and after-effects for a few days. Mercury is joining Venus, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron in retrograde motion todayā¦ Uranus will move retrograde on August 29th. Whew! I am certainly looking forward to the energy of the Super Blue Full Moon on August 30th!
August 2023 is certainly turning out to be a very energized month! It feels like we are taking one step forward while we are actually moving two steps backward! We are going to be dealing with this heavy energy for a while longer. So the sooner we can clear our past trauma and emotional pain the better! Now is the time to work through your blockages wherever they might be.
We are in a time when there will be endings and beginnings. Itās important to be in your heart space and not in your head. Sometimes accidents happen when a change is our destiny and we are refusing to move on. Go inside your Inner Temple and heal yourself, or meditate or do whatever nurtures your soul! Expect change, it is happening with or without our cooperation, and most importantly Trust the Universe (God/Goddess/Spirit/Light/Divine, etc.) to always provide what you need!

That is a great question! In one word, the answer is Yes!
None of the planets actually move in a backward motion, it only appears that way from our viewpoint here on Earth. When a planet is in āretrogradeā it tends to bring back past issues, that need to be healed, cleared, and released. It affects each person differently, based on the natal chart, the house, aspects, etc.
As a Gray Witch, I walk the middle road, and I work with both light and dark energy for the purpose of healing. I am first and foremost a Healer, and sometimes I have to heal and clear the darkness, with light, which means I enter the darkness. As I do so, I always work from the heart, because I want to clear karma not create more!
