Pulled lions heart tarot and red thr card, chanted, meditated.
Didnwitchy stuff helping a friend clear her land. Which made me cleanse with smoke which really helped. And made beautiful spell jars with runes in them and herbs and salt and witches salt. It helped me feel a bit like myself.
I went on 3 mile walk.
Slept in

Drew lions heart tarot.
Researched for incense challenge.

Cried amd looked at photos of henri and Sofi
Sofi crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. I was her cat mom for 9 years and then my mom adopted her cause he had a lot of health problems and I needed to have help.
I cried about her passing and told stories about her.
I walked to work with Remy and walked 11000 steps.
Stretched for 5 - 10
Went to alanon meeting
Made homemade pasta sauce
Called a friend for connection and support

Feeling a little better. Fever is gone. I was able to get out of bed and do a few simple things around the house before I would have severe coughing spells and need to lie down again.
I got a little exercise walking up and down the stairs (one trip down and back up before needing rest).
Took a nice hot lavender and rose scented bath.

Today, I:
Last evening, I rolled out my yoga mat and did some yoga. I didnāt follow any video, just flowed in whatever way felt good (and that I knew from previous videos went together, the balance of different poses and stuff). It felt nice to get on the mat and move my body. Iāve been having some issues with my ankles and feet swelling and being very stiff. Iām trying to lose weight, which I know will help, but I think a lot of my issue is the fact that I sit at my desk for 12+ hours a day for work and other hobbies. Itās absolutely not healthy and I donāt move enough, so it was nice to feel good in my body.
