August 4th:
Pulled lions heart tarot and red thr card, chanted, meditated.
Didnwitchy stuff helping a friend clear her land. Which made me cleanse with smoke which really helped. And made beautiful spell jars with runes in them and herbs and salt and witches salt. It helped me feel a bit like myself.
I went on 3 mile walk.
Slept in

August 5th
20 minutes of morning pages
Streched and light yoga for 5 minutes
Drew lions heart tarot.
Researched for incense challenge.

Today, I:

  • did todayā€™s and tomorrowā€™s Lionhart Tarot draw :flower_playing_cards:
  • had quiet time with my s/o and Bastet (I offered Her strawberry milk :pink_heart: :strawberry: :milk_glass:)
  • took a relaxing bubble bath :bubbles:
  • made some essential oil blends :diya_lamp:
  • organized my 3-ring binder so I can take it with me so I can do some art during break :notebook_with_decorative_cover:
  • brewed a fresh pitcher of tea to last us a week :teapot:

August 6th
Lionheart tarot
Cried amd looked at photos of henri and Sofi
Sofi crossed the rainbow :rainbow: bridge yesterday. I was her cat mom for 9 years and then my mom adopted her cause he had a lot of health problems and I needed to have help.
I cried about her passing and told stories about her.
I walked to work with Remy and walked 11000 steps.
Stretched for 5 - 10
Went to alanon meeting
Made homemade pasta sauce
Called a friend for connection and support

Aug 6th
Tough day. Had no motivation to do anything so I procrastinated a whole lot

  • Got in a run
  • Attended my self-compassion meditation group
  • did 20 minutes of yoga

Aug 7th

  • Got in a run after my dental filling appt
  • Napped
  • made sourdough French bread
  • plan on yoga and meditation before bed

August 7th

Feeling a little better. Fever is gone. I was able to get out of bed and do a few simple things around the house before I would have severe coughing spells and need to lie down again.

I got a little exercise walking up and down the stairs (one trip down and back up before needing rest).

Took a nice hot lavender and rose scented bath.

Today, I:

  • made a bottle of Sun Goddess perfume
  • took a nap
  • drew some art
  • took a Spirit Delight bath
  • journalled
  • did research on the Goddesses and printed out informative pages on Them to add to my Book of Shadows binder
  • did other magickal research and then worked in my Grimoire and Book of Mirrors

Last evening, I rolled out my yoga mat and did some yoga. I didnā€™t follow any video, just flowed in whatever way felt good (and that I knew from previous videos went together, the balance of different poses and stuff). It felt nice to get on the mat and move my body. Iā€™ve been having some issues with my ankles and feet swelling and being very stiff. Iā€™m trying to lose weight, which I know will help, but I think a lot of my issue is the fact that I sit at my desk for 12+ hours a day for work and other hobbies. Itā€™s absolutely not healthy and I donā€™t move enough, so it was nice to feel good in my body.
