I know that many of us suffer from migraines, and a friend of mine told me something interesting. If you have low magnesium levels, you can suffer from migraines. Low magnesium also cause muscle cramps. Guess what has magnesium in it? Epson salt! So I made up a self love bath tea that will also help with migraines and muscle cramps.
I forgot to mention, don’t drink it, just soak in it. Lol!

The jar is a pink Ball jar. Can you believe they have pink? I think it’s for a limited time.
You could soak your feet in it. It would still absorb into your system.

I used it last night and my feet didn’t cramp. I ordered 3 pounds of epson salt from Amazon. Lol. I’m going to use it every night!
