Thank you! I think I’ll take time off and read. I found a cozy mystery series that’s supposed to be based around a Wiccan sleuth. I’m hoping it’s real and not full of stuff that will make my head explode.
@Susurrus please do print them for your BOS, and anyone else also who wishes to print the Norse deity invocations and/or the Norse deity mantras for your BOS, please feel free to do so. I wish to share them with all Pagans and magick oriented people of the world! So also please feel free to share them around to everyone you know also!
You wonderful, @Volmarr- thank you for all of the very helpful information shared with everyone! It is much appreciated
Welcome back, @Limeberry! Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling off lately- I hope things are looking better now! May your beautiful magick and Flower Spell help to guide your way forward
Congrats, @Susurrus- you’re really close to completing all the challenges, that’s quite feat! Good for you and I’m excited to see your magick continue to shine brightly at challenges in the future
Go for it, @sarah29! I’m looking forward to seeing what you will do- have fun!
Bravo, @Liisa- that is some impressive elemental magick! Good luck with your oils and have fun- I’m looking forward to seeing the pictures!
A book about a Wiccan sleuth, @Amethyst? That sounds awesome! I hope it’s a fun read for you- enjoy!
I used the page from @SilverBear knot magic but I copied the image from @Susurrus …thanks to the both of you!!!
This was not easy for me!!! (No pun intended)
As I held each end of the rope in each hand, I thought of my biggest problem. So I began to tie away. And as I’m thinking of this issue, I realize that I’m closing the knots tighter. It felt good to get it out of my system!!!
I thought I used too much rope, but afterwards I thought I could have used more!
But thank you so much @SilverBear for sharing this magic with us!!!
Great job! I hope you find the release once it was burned away to the wind! I’m happy you made it through & got the challenge done. Did it give you some closure? Even a little bit? I hope so.
You can use my images anytime! @SilverBear has some amazing spells, rituals, meditations… I could go on, but you already know.
I’ll be waiting for the review! I am also intrigued! I love mystery books. When I was younger I read every Nancy Drew & every The Hardy Boys books I could get my hands on! Then as I got older they were other series of mystery/sleuths. So a Wiccan Sleuth is very interesting!
Then I’ll definitely read it on this month’s book club along with my other. I should have time to do it. I hope it’s a good one, and doesn’t set my hair on fire with inaccuracies. LOL
Anything you find throughout the challenge you can post, but for your entry, it’s probably best to post just one as the actual entry. I believe it makes it easier when @BryWisteria is figuring out who participated. I hope that helped.
Thank you for the catch up opportunity! I’m going foretell my future with my Oracle deck. Aside from doing daily one card readings, I haven’t used the deck a lot. I am familiar with each card having owned the deck for some time though, so it should go well.
For this week witchy challenge, I decided to connect with the Full moon by practicing shadow work, gratitude and forgiveness. I do this all this time, but this moon was stronger. Shadow Work is essential for identifying old habits and patterns that may block light energies. I decided to release old grudges and past resentments. I don’t remember them, but I always said that I have a black list for those that hurt me. I used the power of the eclipse to release those grudges that may be holding me back. I decided to reassess my boundaries and use forgiveness to let go. Shadow work requires a lot of energy to work with, so I decided not to do a tarot reading for this Full Moon. I feel that the universe has my back and it is constantly providing me with what I need or want. I also decide to do some housekeeping such cleaning my altar, and move energies around. I also reshuffled and organized my tarot cards and cleanse them from stagnant energies. It was very productive Full Moon. My new Astrological Calendar Year is coming up in June, so I want to be ready to start again with positive and lovable energies.
I did not have all of the ingredients in essentail oil form so I improvised and added dried herbs and flowers from some of the stores I have been building lately the fire oil contains red peonies and marigold
The air oil contains lavender and crabapple blossom
The water oil contains a clear quartz and a drop of my moon water
The Earth oil contains geranium and kalanchoe
I will be using these oils to annoint a white candle with black Runes carved into for a protection and harmony spell to help us all settle into our new home
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any dandelions for some flower tea. But there were plenty of ferns.
So, for the Potion Making challenge, I decided to incorporate it with my Dream Magick challenge. Before I went to bed last night, I made myself some Honey Lavender tea, put a bag of rosemary underneath my pillow and then said a prayer to Veaug, the Dragon God of Obscurity, to aid me in uncovering any hidden messages in my dreams.
I had a strange dream where I was in a building with other people having their endurance tested with various methods.
What was my endurance test?
Umm, how many times I could get struck by lightning and live.
Well, thankfully, no matter how many times I was struck, nothing happened to me. The feeling was annoying though. Like touching a piece of clothing and getting a jolt of static electricity.
I’m thinking that this dream could be trying to tell me that I’ve been struck many times lately (with stress), but I’m grounded enough (like a modern house) where the electricity will safely pass through me and into the earth, keeping me safe.
