I found this from 2023. Almost 2 years later and I’m still working on mindfulness. I’m going to do something like this, but I’m still thinking on it.

@Greenbriar I’ve been sleeping during the heat of the day even on my days off because it’s been so hot. My poor witch garden is melting!
@dan3 I hear owls at night around here, but have never seen them. Maybe I’ll go out with a flashlight tonight and follow the hoot. I would love to see an owl!
