Rune Scholars,

I’m not an expert on bind runes but there is alot of misinformation on the internet.
From what I’ve studied and how I’ve used runes myself, a bind rune is where you take a group of runes and put them together, yourself, to form either a specific meaning for use in magical workings, as a dedication to a particular deity, for a lucky charm, in healing etc. Each bind rune is usually very personal and combined by the rune user for that specific purpose.
As a result, I personally do not use any of the bind runes found on the internet claimed to mean whatever it is they claim to mean. To access the energy in the runes, it’s more powerful if you make your own. Of course the above can be used as a guide on how to so to speak, but if you want to bind runes, think on what it is you want the runes to do, pick the runes connected with that purpose, and play around with them until you feel the energy. Because you made it, it will be more powerful.
Just my view.
This maybe helpful with the runes. I’m running some experiments with the runes, some successful, some disasters .
Thank you for your advice! That does make sense. It is freeing to know I can create my own.
Along with @tracyS we have some other topics about runes and bindrunes you could look at:
