Breath Meditation

Breath awareness is extremely important. This guided meditation uses inhalation and exhalation to give your mind something to pay attention to.

When you breathe, notice your body. Do you breathe deeply from your belly, or lightly with your chest barely moving? Can you feel your back expand with your breath? Remember do not judge, just observe.

Get comfortable and try this guided breath meditation.

This is a really helpful guided meditation- your voice is so reassuring and encouraging! :two_hearts:

When I meditate I often focus so much on one aspect (the breathing, or relaxing my mind, or my posture) that I forget about the other aspects- my breathing may be fine, but then I realize Iā€™m slouching, or daydreaming about snacks! I think you do a great job touching on everything and guiding in a gentle and structured way

Thank you so much for sharing, @SilverBear!

Thank you for this. It helped my meditation this morning quite a bit. I still find it hard to let things go, but Iā€™m working on it. Thank you.
