Oh thatās gorgeous @Amethyst! My husband is still sleeping so I havenāt done anything with my altar space yet. He works long hours & hard all week, so I tend to let him sleep in on the weekends. Once he is up I will be getting ready to do some witchy workings because the Super Moon is drawing near. I saw her last night & looks like sheās coming along quite nicely! I have figured out the times that she is right over my back porch since the Equinox. Iām looking forward to having my items out there to charge & making moon water.

Thank you! I hope you get all your witchy things out in the moonlight. Do you think it not matters if you get direct moonlight or not? Iād like to put some out for myself but I canāt get moonlight in my window, Iām facing north. Iāve heard that it can be indirect but I want to charge my crystals for tomorrowās ritual and I want them to be extra zippy! LOL.

Indirect is fine as far as I know. I watched the last few nights because I havenāt been able to get things out there for a few months due to weather so I want them to have at least 4 hours out there tonight & maybe tomorrow. Tomorrow is harder for me because of school for Peanut who helps me with bringing them out & back in. My bedroom window doesnāt get any moonlight or I would keep them in the house.

I lit candles for friendship & love, my friend, the Energy Exchange & for good energy. I have lavender incense in my space going too!

Thank you @Francisco. Would it be okay to close this thread tomorrow & start a new 1 for Brigidās Flame every week or 2 weeks so it doesnāt get to overflowed with comments & views or is it better to leave it as is?
I work with Brigid frequently & I lit a candle for the Energy Exchange, friendship & love, plus 2 other friends of mine that need some love & light their way. I donāt mind at all.
I hope everyone has a great day & I believe that Sundays we donāt have to tend the flame. I will double check & come back with my findings.

if you ever want one lmk we can maybe work something out

My middle name is Bride, Iām Irish so this deity/spirit has been incorporated in my life since named. Last nite i did a candle spell that required a 2 color candle. Didnt have it so fashioned one out of the 2 colors by laboriously cutting away the wax, joining the wicks, dripping more wax on the join. Unsure how it would stand up to the job. It was crooked and unsteady looking so i added a paper tape with the name Bride inscribed on it in that runic tree symbol lettering someone else shared and wrapped it at the join.
Upper half of candle burned normally and i dozed off, but kept nearby to check if it fell over. BAM! When the flame hit the join, the blaze was so bright it woke me up. It kept getting brighter and stronger, i was literally mesmerized. Id precautionary placed the candle in a heavy glass container so it was safe to watch my mini bonfire. Holy Smokes! Ive never seen the like. I thought about taking a piccie but didnt want to miss a second finding my phone so i just watched it burn baby burn. Oh my what a beautiful changing flame, it was an action movie. Sorry no pic, butā¦maybe ill draw one.

@Francisco Beautiful candle! Yankee candle, are known for their strong and long lasting scent. Iām sure it fills the room. I love them.
