I did take the old one out and I made a more specific one pertaining to your knees, just now. I’m working on taking the old ones out/that no longer need healing and placing new in.

I am going over who needs healing and who is healed that’s already in my distance healing box. If you’d like healing, add my name with a @ symbol. Or if you’d like to be removed, do the same and tell me.

I’m doing this every couple of weeks due to the box being quite full at times. Although I could definitely just say heal the world and all in it on one paper. Lol
