Here’s a simple way to make an amulet and bless it following an Elemental Cleansing ritual. I am using:
1 clear quartz for clearing and cleansing (enhances mental clarity)
1 leaf I collected in the moonlight and let it dry for a couple of days.
2 candles: 1 white and 1 black for purification and protection.
A little bag that will contain my amulet.

For blessing any amulet, here’s an Elemental Amulet Blessing .

After the ritual, I let the candles burn as I meditate holding the amulet. Then I throw the remains away as I say “Thank you for your help”.
