That’s a good question and is something that I think a lot of people may believe when they first find their Craft. We see it a lot in media - the “good” witch versus the “bad” witch. While it makes for a compelling story, ethics in real world magick are much more complex.
Ultimately, what is “good” and what is “bad” is up to the individual. Everyone has their own life experiences, beliefs, religions, etc that help define these terms for them. In magick, we call this our personal magickal ethics. Every practitioner must decide for themselves (or follow the rules of their chosen tradition or religion) what is okay or not okay for them do within their practice.

Nietzsche once said we should define good and evil for ourselves based upon our own experiences and what we want in life. There are physics based consequences to everything, so look ahead and choose what you want to experience based upon the future outcome and those consequences.
Some here believe in the magickal consequences of the rule of 3 (what you do comes back to you), and some here do not. Of course, some here simply find difficulty no matter what they do. All are welcome here as we figure it out through (and share) our own experiences.
We don’t give hard and fast rules the way some systems do because each system is slightly different. Some of us are coming from abusive systems, seeking relief and peace. A lot of us find that relief and peace, here, no matter what path we choose.
If I may offer a suggestion, base your research of a new system upon your interests. There are positive and negative parts of all systems, so when you find what you are interested in, stick with it; and when you find something that rubs you wrong, avoid that part of it: don’t throw the baby out with the bath water, in other words.

Idk what it’s called if anything, but I pretty much know what’ll happen before it does in a situation??? I’m still finding out new things about myself when it comes to these things. I tend to second guess myself, which I’ve never done before. Do you have any insight on that, by any chance?? Lol ..

Are you talking about premonitions/ intuition? Or do you base your foresight on logic? I could see beforehand when I was younger, but I based my intuition on science, and people around me at the church run school thought I was consulting with the devil- then again, they said that since my father died when I was only 3, I was sired by the devil himself. There’s no accounting for taste back there!
We all go through that. You will gain confidence the more often you use it and recognize how it is leading you through true experiences. Be patient and gentle with yourself. Knowing you’ve never had to deal with confidence issues may have been a blessing or a hint that you weren’t stretching yourself much into the unknown. Either way, welcome to the rest of the world.
No bother! It is good to ask questions, and this is a good place to learn.
