We do have a guide regarding 
Talking about Trauma. We can be supportive but there are guidelines in place as well as, making sure that you are mindful of your own reactions and responses. We do try to put a note or blur sections so users can choose whether to continue reading the post.
We have quite a few members who are not only close to each other but also have outside support systems in place. Depending on the area, we can assist with being a sounding board or recommending services. However, we do have limits, and someone, if not the entire moderator team, will check in privately with the original poster regarding the post.
I hope you can peek through the different topics, there is so much that has been covered in the forum and on the leading site. If you have any questions, feel free to ask or reach out to the moderator team
